    Let me start by saying I chose this company because they were $5000 cheaper than other quotes. If I would’ve known how the experience would have gone I would’ve paid $10,000 more…. …

    I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. The project took significantly longer than expected, with multiple failed inspections. After installation, my roof leaked, and despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved. John and Libby personally inspected the damage and assured me their team would return within two weeks, but that never happened. Eventually, my calls were no longer answered. I had to hire another contractor to address the problems. Based on my experience, I would recommend researching other options before making a decision.
