  A sales person just came knocking on my door at 930 At night trying to sell a plan! This is unacceptable. Your company doesn’t take no for an answer. I have an NO soliciting sign by my door. They do not care.

  I had Pure Energy solar installed at my house in 2022. Most people think about solar they think about saving money and contributing to the health of the environment. Those were my reasons for getting solar. I have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Pure Energy solar systems performance. I’m not sure if they under sold me panels, but I did not receive what I think is the adequate amount of panels to produce a credit on my bill to where I wouldn’t have to pay an overage. Not only do I have a loan payment on my solar of $150 a month but I also pay an overage of 101 to 150 a month

  The service was great. The panels did save us money the first 6 months we had them, but now our bills are the same price they were before and we have to pay the loan off as well.

  Today I received excellent help from one of the people who works here. He was very kind and helped me with things I knew he might not be able to help with, but he still helped me. He showed me where I needed to go and gave me some guidance. I might even take the bread I have and give it to him because he's such a wonderful person.
