    I don’t know what the company can do for me at this point but I feel compelled to alert the public. I am exploring options to get out from under this terrible financial burden. In the meantime, I am trying to warn as many people as I can to stay away from Solar Panels in general, and especially Radix Solar or RDX Solar. Here's my complaint: 1. I was pressured into signing a loan which was $10K higher than what was discussed. I was not presented with loan documents until I had already paid for permits and new electric panel and install was almost complete. When I questioned the amount, the sale

    DONT fall for this company. Worst decision I have made. Salesman came and knocked on the door and was really friendly pretending to care. First lie that I was told was that at tax season I would get a credit of X amount of dollars for installing the solar panels. That I could turn around and give that money back to keep my monthly payments low for the solar panels. Did my taxes and was told by the tax people that I wouldn't get nothing back. In order to recieve a tax credit you have to qualify for X,Y, and Z that was NEVER explained to me by the Salesman. Had to call the Salesman multiple time

    My experience was nothing but positive!! Peyson my sales person was wonderful, and is the reason I made the decision to go solar! Can't say enough about this young man, he held my hand basically through the whole thing! He's so knowledgeable, patient, and awesome! Couldn't have had a better person to lead and guide me through the process! Whatever he's being paid by the company I bet is not enough for what an asset he is!!

    5 star service from A to Z. They had access to the best technology, black on black panels american made, incredible warranties and pricing! Top notch fully integrated installation. Crews are polite and do fabulous work! Their sales experts were very thorough and we got to install in 30 days! I’ve read about horror stories with other solar companies and I’m so glad we chose RDX in the end. I highly recommend them.

    Before speaking with Peyson Erickson, I had already spoken with 2 other companies about Solar Panels. Peyson did an excellent job of explaining the process and answered every question we had. Through the whole process he has been in contact with us. We ran into an issue with the construction crew having to take two days and he was right on top of it. I have already recommend Peyson to my family and friends and RDX Power has earned my trust.
