Would give a zero if I could. The installation was never completed on my house and it was started in 2024! My fiance and I have been trying to contact someone for the longest and we always get the run around or get told lies about someone getting scheduled to come out and they never show up. We have contacted the loan company as well and they are also not helping. I have made complaints to the Business Bureau and Edison Solar has stopped responding to them as well. We have spoken to Ethan and he won’t return our calls or texts anymore. Huge scam they are just stealing people’s money.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I repeat DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. My husband snd I are in NOLA. We signed a contract in August of 2024 and we STILL DO NOT have access to our solar panels. We have been told the Duracell app that we have our panels set up to is no longer functioning and we have to “speak with a developer”. Our loan is accruing interest, we’ve tried to get out of contract, and we CANNOT get ahold of any real information regarding this company. BE WARNED! They are a sham.

Warning: Do not use this company. After work began, they swapped contracts, which resulted in my interest rate increasing. They failed to install the equipment promised in the original contract and became unresponsive once funding was received. Phone calls were delayed or ignored, and the only way to get any action was to involve their financing company and an attorney. My home project started in November 2022 and did not conclude until April 5, 2023—and even then, the job was incomplete. I still have to hire another company to install my backup generator and the home efficiency package that w

At first they are very easy to work with and very responsive. After the contract they where out to start the project the next week. …

Ethan Rodriguez and his team at Edison Solar is the one who helps us prepared for the application to ONCOR to the completion of the PTO. He is very helpful, and always there to answer all our questions regarding our solar connection; and always helping us in some technical support we needed with our solar connectivity. With Edison Solar, contact Ethan Rodriguez together with his team, we highly recommend him for the excellent job.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —The website on this company's Google listing does not resolve to a working page, so we do not link it.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
