The CEO “Brad” made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The company is pushy and unprofessional. I would never in a million years give them a dime.

I called for 10 days and it's been a month with no call back. I'm filling out one negative review each day. This is day 3. …

Edit: I had made this review and then removed because O3 Energy Solution responded saying their sister company handle residential solar. Well, O3 Home Solar is permanently closed. SERVICE WILL NOT CALL BACK! I bought a house with there system installed. Previous owner had passed along all the infomation and the system is supposed to be still under a warranty. I found the Breaker in the main was wrong. I was trying to get a hold of them to correct this major issue. The breaker their installers used is not for the panel and this is a huge fire hazard. Anyone using their service needs to have a r

The consultation process was more detailed than I expected. They didn’t just give a rough estimate but actually analyzed my roof direction, shading, and daily consumption patterns. That level of effort gave me confidence. Installation was completed within the promised timeline, and the crew seemed experienced. There was a small delay in setting up the monitoring system, but it was fixed quickly after I contacted them. Now I can track how much energy I’m producing each day. It’s satisfying to see consistent output and a gradual decrease in my energy costs.

Here’s my honest reviews after having their solar for 2 years: The quality of the panels is excellent, they are still going strong and everything's going as expected. The sales guys weren't pushy, the installers were kind, and they noticed when there was a wiring issue a couple months in and reached out to me and came to fix it right away, which I appreciate. And they got me set up with financing that works well. I would recommend them for sure. I was pleased overall!!!

We have used O3 energy for several of our commercial projects. We were pleased with the results we had. O3 energy was flexible, and accommodating to clients needs and requests. Our projects moved forward with constant update from O3. We definitely will use them moving forward on any future projects.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“systems? Our team offers multiple financing options for your solar project, and we are…”

  • 24/7 availability

“of your energy generation site with 24/7 performance monitoring, solar…”

  • Established

“ongoing operations and maintenance. Since 2011, we have specialized in helping heavy…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
