My system stopped producing power back in mid August. Raven Solar Services came out on 9/14 to take a look. They spent 4 hours troubleshooting the system, but were unable to fully fix the problem. They isolated the problem to one of the two strings of solar panels, and were able to hook up the other, unaffected string. SunTalk Solar came out yesterday and spent like 90 minutes troubleshooting the bad string. They found the problem, fixed it, and got the second string back online.

Had appointment scheduled for consultation/inspection booked a month in advance. When my appointment slot came and went they were a no show. When I called company to see what happened I was told that I should have already received a call to reschedule due to weather. I received no call prior to my appointment. Very unprofessional lack of communication internally and with the customer.

I contacted Raven Solar services after hours on. Friday afternoon to start the process of getting a service call scheduled. I was almost immediately contacted via email to get some more information about my problem and what kind of inverter I had etc. I got a response to my submission of the information with an immediate troubleshooting step/fix to my issue (arc fault) which resolved my issue immediately and got my system back online without them even coming to my home. I was also educated on the issue and causes of it along with some other badic information on my system. This was very conveni

I have worked with Jonathan and Raven on multiple complicated solar projects. Jonathan has been able to diagnose and repair some extremely complicated solar issues, including both commercial and residential solar systems. I'm grateful to have found Jonathan to make sure the repairs were done right!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Aurora is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
