Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 240 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Disrespectfully breaking the Law where they leave and park their big truck ILLEGALLY. The Raze Solar statement is that they care about their community, with I understand that they are talking about their location in Saint Augustine fl where they have been parked their big truck every night for the last two montgs ILLEGALLY according to the HOA at Whisper Ridge community in Saint Augustine fl. They Should know better about the Policy, Rules and Regulations. They have been advised personally, and they just Refuse to obey and follow the Rules & Regulations according to HOA at Whisper Ridge Commun

Rez Solar gave me all the facts so I could make an educated discussion on this investment. My power bill was $250 in the winter and $350 in the summer months so my system produces enough so my bill is less than $100 a year! Great quality of workmanship on the install as well.

I got the solar installed in July and after approvals the system started was on August 19th. 18Qcell G10 360w, iQ7+ inverters and enphase battery storage. There were few hiccups with Battery, the Enphase was engaged to fix, and the System is working as expected.

Give Raze Solar a call, they are Polit, Professional and most importantly Honest! They did what they said they would do and more! We had some issues getting our Tier 2 system up and running do to some miss communications along the process (a little from all parties involved to include FPL!) which pushed our activation date beyond our loan payment start date. They made it right and now the system is up and running! Its producing more energy than we consume at the moment therfore building us a credit for the winter! This is the best hedge against inflation on energy cost that you can do!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Warranty
“Likley to cause roof damage No labor warranty Raze Solar Licensed solar installers…”
Its website also mentions free estimate, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. St Augustine is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
