The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Had my roof replaced and Sailfish did the uninstall and reinstall. Everything went smoothly and everything works perfectly. Later I went to sell my house and the original installer (not Sailfish Solar) never completed the permit process. Since they did the removal and reinstall I called them up to see if they could remedy the situation. In a week they had filed for a permit, and gotten it inspected and closed. It was a little pricey, but they are good and they are fast. If you want the job done well with good service Sailfish Solar is the right choice.

We had roof leaks due to a poor install of solar panels from another company. Called Sailfish Solar and they fit me in there schedule and removed panels so that roof could be repaired. Came right back to reinstallnpanels the correct way. Grat team of guys.

Sailfish did a major solar project for our new custom home. We would highly recommend them. Mike was very patient in walking us through options and reviewing the economics, discussing backup storage vs. a generator, and locating the panels on our roof so they would not be visible. Execution was excellent - Sailfish handled all permitting, installation of the panels and wiring and setting up the net metering with the utility (FPL). Dylan did a great job keeping us posted weekly during the permitting and installation process. The project was delivered on time with no surprises, and the company w

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Warranty
“installations come with a workmanship warranty, and we only use the highest quality…”
Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
