    In less than our year the back up battery went out and we have been waiting on Sbrega to replace it. We have been waiting 9 months and Sbrega just gives us the run around with little to no communication. Very disappointed, after spending extra for a back up battery and not having the luxury of using it.

    Thomas installed our solar panels and power wall. He was prepared, professional and responsive. He offered multiple solutions and was expert. He made a courtesy stop at the house to check on an unrelated issue and took time to help us solve it. His team is terrific and I highly recommend them for solar and power wall needs.

    I was really happy with the whole experience: * Clear, understandable details on what we should install and why. * Prompt communication before and after sale (very important to me). * Timely delivery and installation. * The whole thing has worked great so far (been a few years): battery sees us through outages, we have a negative PGE bill every month (even with heavy use of AC during the summer).
