Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Pinellas Park. Across Florida, 230 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 71 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Shine Bright or Energy Harbor depends on the paperwork and who's calling they are one and the same to me. Don't let them sell you on false promises and lies. It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting. My system was installed in October of 2023 and it has failed inspection twice. "We've never had this happen before" is what I was told; then I guess you guys have been sliding by on your other projects so I should be grateful my inspector is by the book. My loan payments started in December of 2023 and of course I still have an electric bill since the system is not up and running. My sales rep, Er

Ok I'm understanding this process better. Shine Bright sells the system, Energy Harbor installs the system and Mosaic is the finance company. So Shine Bright makes many empty promises. They will give you this and that (i was told sign up before said date and we'll give you you first year of payments free) just sign on the dotted line and you'll get whatever they promise you.(It's a lie don't believe it) Energy Harbor comes and installs the system and basically said don't believe everything that shine bright told you but usually Shine Bright will make good on their promises (don't believe that)

All of the reps including Jay were absolutely amazing from start to finish. All questions were answered immediately and they were very prompt in making sure I was taken care of. The best team there is out there with attention to detail and great communication until day of install! If your looking to go solar and save money like we have been able to book your next appointment with Jay!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Pinellas Park is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
