  Terrible customer service, I was promised a 1000.00 rebate once I accepted their Solar referral. Once the solar was finally installed, they ignored my requests continually via Cell phone, text, and even emails. I tried numerous times, no responses, no explanations, nothing. I see now their numbers are disconnected. Peter Hoang was the one who promised me the rebate and then stopped communicating with me. S Rocha from Hollister, CA.

  The process was extremely simple. Nick asked qualifying questions to help me create the right system size for my home. There was no pressure to move forward but the option we chose was a no brainer. We just got installed yesterday and the installation was quick and professional. The system looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Nick and Smart Energy Brokers if you're looking to go Solar. You will not be disappointed.

  Easy and painless experience. One local business tried to sell me a system with only 10 panels and Tomm informed me that it wouldn’t be enough. He was able to price the same exact system with 13 panels and was still cheaper than the competitions quote. I did my homework and got quotes from other solar businesses for 4.5kw systems and SEB still beat all the other prices. Financing was easy with a low interest rate. And installation was a breeze only taking 5 hours. I’ll be getting another house in the future and will be sure to go back to SEB again.

  We had our first solar system installed about ten years ago and it has been preforming well. However, the system was undersized and with the help of Dan Swint and Smart Energy Brokers we were able to add an additional system that should fully satisfy our usage requirements. Our experience was very good, several options were presented and we were very pleased with the process, including installation. Good job!
