  1/5 Stars – Non-Existent Customer Service & Unreliable Appointments Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your solar needs. Dealing with this company has been months of pure frustration, broken promises, and complete disrespect for customer time. After submitting an initial online request, we received zero response, and when we followed up, they falsely claimed they had tried reaching us despite only sending a single un-followed-up email. Rather than addressing our issue properly, they tried pushing an impractical "virtual Zoom activation" that simply doesn't work for our household.

  Customer service is ridiculous. Their once a week services for any minor or major issues are too consistent. This leads me to believe they try to save money by strategizing routine rather than getting the issue resolved fast and easy. We have yet to enjoy the pleasure of solar energy and saving of money. They are not compensating for losses and yet are still cheap to prioritize customer service. This company is no good for there lack of customer care and excuses and extended times to get services done without regard possible consequences. I need to contact the bureau of business ethics so that
