Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in the Rocklin area. Across California, 418 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The office” on Swetzer does not exist. I was unable to get an invoice promised for work performed. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Please don't make the same mistake I did. I hired this company to do the solar. Pay them in full 120K in three installments, they only put the panels or the structure on my property. The job is not complete , Nothing is working ,my bill is 1200/month , not connected to PG&E. I been waiting for more 6 months for them finished the project. now they don't even answer the phone.

In June 2025, I hired Energy Saving Pros (ESP) to install two FranklinWH batteries to accompany my existing solar array. I chose ESP because the salesperson was knowledgeable and transparent, and promised me installation would be complete 45-60 days from contract signing. But after signing the contract and paying ~2/3 of the $31K cost upfront, everything fell apart. Permitting: Eager to get going, I checked in regularly with ESP as to when the permits would be approved. ESP blamed delays on the City for months. Three months in, when I contacted the City myself, I learned ESP had repeatedly sub

Earlier this year, my inverter died (for the second time in eight years). Unfortunately, the company who installed my system went out of business (as many have). I contacted a different company who provides "aid" to systems which are not producing "energy". Their quote options were absolutely ridiculous. This even included their quote to replace the inverter under warranty. I decided to contact Energy Saving Pros, for a second opinion, and I'm glad did. Their customer service during our initial phone conversation was fantastic. They gave me some options, and I ultimately decided to upgrade my

I moved my solar system from Sunworks to EnergySavingPros and they were fantastic. I also needed my inverter replaced and the tech they sent out was professional and extremely kind. I'm happy that I moved my solar system to them, and would recommend them to anyone else. :-)

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
