Unfortunately, I experienced a roof leak that required the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels so the roofers could access the damaged area. My neighbor recommended Sol-Sun, and I'm truly grateful for that recommendation. From the very beginning, Sol-Sun exceeded my expectations. The quality of their workmanship, professionalism, and customer service was exceptional. Communication was prompt, courteous, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They even took the time to communicate over the weekend to help coordinate the roofing repairs, which demonstrated their ge

Integrity - Service - Helpful - I would recommend Sol-Sun for your residential solar install/repair needs. Kevin and Denise have been professional, helpful, honest, and continue to give us great service and follow through. Recently they added to our solar array, expertly integrating it into an existing system. In the past when we've had any issues, they've always made things right. It's difficult to find integrity and competency these days; yet Sol-Sun seems to reflect those values. Highly recommend!

We moved into our new home in March which came with a solar system from Sol-Sun, LLC. When I called to have the system activated they came out promptly to get us up and running. The installer was very professional and showed us how to view the usage. I would recommend their service.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“solar system. One year workmanship warranty. Twenty-five year manufacturer…”

  • Established

“on commercial properties? Yes we do. Since 2012, Sol-Sun has installed more than 200…”

  • Licensed

“bill with a new solar system. We are licensed to install solar anywhere in the…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
