Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Brooksville. Across Florida, 319 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 34 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and incompetent contractor I’ve ever worked with. Originally, he told me the solar installation would be a 2 to 3 day job. It ended up being a 7 days process. He and his crew showed up wreaking like marijuana every day. They worked on my roof untethered and without any safety gear. He left chunks of tile and spray foam everywhere. The covers used for the brackets were all bent, not flat to the tile and unsightly. Some of the loose spray foam went into my neighbor’s yard as well. The VP of my HOA even had to get involved. When I asked him to come back and clea

I have a very good experience with this company. Good customer service. Fast response. Great service. Reasonable price.

I’m so happy with the take off and reinstall. It went so smoothly and my panels were even cleaned before going back up on roof!

Very happy to have contacted Solar Dogs for my solar panel maintenance. I have a very steep roof which required a special tool for optimum safety. Tool was procured quickly and solar panel warranty work completed professionally. I will be using Solar Dogs for all my future solar panel maintenance needs. Well done!!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Brooksville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
