Horrible service provided. Solar gleam energy partners with SunPower to install and manufacture panels. SunPower, The Panel manufacturing company sent inexperienced and unprofessional workers to dig a trench in my backyard. The workers damaged pipes causing water leaks into my basement and property damage. The process to resolve this was extremely lengthy and unsatisfactory. They also Do Not Pay their Referral fee which they heavily promote. Over a year after my referral’s system has been installed and have not received promised payment despite multiple attempts to reach Kayla and Gio

Kayla Ceballos provided excellent support to me to help me understand the benefits of installing solar panels for my home. She is very professional and she has broad and deep knowledge of Sunpower products, cost, payment options (lease vs buy) as well as tax breaks for switching to solar power. What was most impressive for me was the detailed financial analysis that she conducted do that I could make an informed decision.

Kayla was very communicative, answered all our questioned and made sure we were informed every step of the way. In addition she got back to us in a timely manner with every interaction.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
