    They are nice and professional. The only problem I have with them is my solar panels started leaking within four years and they are supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years ,but the company FAFCO that sold the panels went out of business and these people won’t back up their product so now I have to have the whole thing redone again at my cost

    Installed solar panels in late 2019 for me. Everything was great until a few years later when they started leaking. No problem because they had a warranty, charge me to come out and assess the problem and then shared that although the Labor and panels were covered. I would have to pay for the shipping which was going to cost more than the system did initially. Have had a nonworking system for the last couple years, very disappointing and frustrating.

    I have been dealing with Solar Lights for many years and have always thought of them as a 5 star company but I now I'm not so sure. On June 11, 2012 I had Solar Lights & More install new pool equipment including seven (7) FAFCO solar panels. I received a full 15 year warranty on said panels. In 2020 I received notification that Solar Lights was no longer using FAFCO panels and was switching to Aquatherm. In 2021 two (2) of my FAFCO panels failed and were leaking. Solar Lights replaced them with Aquatherm but never told me or "reminded me" that the Fafco panels were under warranty. It wasn't un

    Starting to think I wasted my money. The panels are rated for 10 yrs....whatever that means. We had the solar panels installed in 2021. The first 3 yrs no issues but, now within the past 3 months they been to my house twice on the same issue. So add install, plus every service call of $155, plus parts, it gets a bit frustrating. Aside from that, the salesman was very professional. When we call they come asap, and the tech is very professional as well. When the system isn't leaking down the side of my house, it woks nice. Let's see how long before next issue.

    Great professional job installing solar pool panels. Answered all my questions and fixed all my minor issues.

    Estimate was reasonable. Messaging kept us informed. Crew was respectful of our property, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. They even retrieved my dog's toy that ended up in the gutter. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing solar heating for their pool
