  I have called and left voicemail 4x with no response. I have a solar system installed with battery backup and when the power goes out, my backup power will not kick on... can't get any help.

  My roof is leaking again, due to faulty installation, & now they don’t return my calls, & someone that used to work for them, is now working with another company. Just another solar SCAM.

  This company is going under and will not not return my down payment. If you are in a similar situation, please contact the Oklahoma Attorney General and file a complaint. SPO will only reply to communications from the AG, they will not return calls or emails from customers.

  Woo hoo! I got my pain panel upgraded!!!! ( a year and a half after install but still) the electricians have always been super friendly and helpful. In retrospect, if.you are thinking about solar panels this is what I have to say... If you don't have a down deposit and aren't plush in the pockets. Don't do it. If you don't pay enough taxes to claim 30% for the equalling matching 30% of the loan that you will have to pay in the future maybe not do it, Unless you can pay 30% of the loan in 17 payments to avoid your monthly payments from rising ( they don't get lower either if you pay more than 3

  This company is phenomenal. I had set up getting solar panels through another company and 1 year later I was still waiting to get my panels up and running. It was a disaster. I went to a home and gardens show and meet Justin. I explained my situation and he took my number, told me he would speak with the owner of the company and see if that could help me. And they did! They took over the account and worked diligently to get everything done! I am incredibly grateful for the people that helped me and the company for getting me taken care of.   They will damage your gutters with their ladder. Request protection. You won’t notice until they’re gone. Super professional company and quality installation. Installed 17 panels and the system has been working as promised. We have been fully solar operational since around February 2023. My quoted system covered total bills minus monthly connect fee for February to June, but has not fully covered my bills for July to September, but significantly reduced them. With the last couple of months, will look into getting a quote to install a few more to sure up less dependency on the electric company.

  Exceptional service and thorough explanations during the entire process. The initial conversation about how many solar panels and financing involved clear and direct communication. I told them I would have to wait a few months and they didn't harass me at all. Once I was ready, they promptly began the process of getting permits and inspections started with the city and OG&E. There were quite a few documents that required signature at different points, but they were always ready to answer any questions and handled everything quickly. The installation crew was very friendly and did not mind work
