  Biggest scam ever mostly with the loan company they work with we are unable to sell the house until finish paying off the loan we had advise them that we are a military family we are always constantly moving yet they kept saying it be fine if we had to sell that it wasn’t an issue when it is one. Don’t even bother with getting solar hardly saved anything on the light bill. WORST INVESTMENT EVER

  ***Update!*** Avoid them at all cost! James scams people to sales, shows a fake watch he had engraved by the company of salesman of the year, and tells you if you buy with him he will give you his next three referrals, $1,000 a piece. After the sale, he disappears! Stay away! ***Original*** I absolutely love ION! Working with them was a breeze; James nailed everything and supported me throughout the entire process. I didn't encounter any issues at all! While others warned me it would take over six months for installation, they wrapped everything up in under two months. I highly recommend them!

  My experience has been a nightmare. Took almost a year for my panels to be operational, still have inspections not passed because they can't do their work right. Terrible situation all around. I've spent more time and energy with this crap than I'll ever save. Spend your money elsewhere.

  This Review was edited from a 1 star to a 3 star. The Salesman was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The install team was right on time and keep things tidy and cleaned up well. The inspection process after was a nightmare, it took them 4 months, 5 reschedules and many calls to finally get the inspection done. They work with the city to get the panels inspected so there is an understandable amount of frustration getting the inspection done, but the whole process could have been significantly improved with proper communication.   Looked at a lot of different Solar companies, Super happy we went with ION. Overall, great experience with the team. McCallum Smith our Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. He gave us all the details, outlined tradeoffs, and answered all of our questions. The Install team and the support were great. Would definitely recommend ION to anyone looking for a solid Solar company.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
