    This company’s salesmen promise one thing and then do something completely different. I would not recommend getting solar from this company. Their customer service is extremely poor—they say they will get back to you, but they rarely ever do. The system they installed on my home has saved me little to no money at all, despite being repeatedly promised that it would significantly reduce my energy costs. From the very beginning, this experience has been nothing but frustrating. Between the misleading sales promises, lack of communication, and the system not delivering the savings that were guara

    I purchased 60 solar panels and a backup battery from this company. The solar panels were installed in December 2024 and its September of 2025 and they still haven't installed my backup battery as of yet. I have tried to contact them over and over and no one will answer my calls. I would stay as far away as possible from this company.

    The project manager checked in several times during installation and made sure everything stayed on schedule. It’s refreshing dealing with contractors who actually communicate throughout the process.

    UPDATE: Anova came through and fixed the issues quickly after this review and have been more responsive. Our solar is working great now and our electric bills are low low low. Shiutboutbtibiur sales rep, Smokey. He was fabulous and still takes our calls if we have questions. I really wanted to love Anova, but I can't. We have panels not producing because the inverters aren't working even after replacement. If it had not been such a cluster of a long process to get the panels going, I'd say come get the things. Just not very satisfied with the whole process and the run around. After 2 months I

    It's been a couple of months since Josh/Eric of Anova were onsight troubleshooting, resolving and correcting the sloppy work of ADT (who installed our system). Anova took over the contract when ADT AR declared bankruptcy. It took a few days to get all the kinks worked out (68 panels, 4 batteries, and a generator) but they were determined to stay with it until everything was tested and working. After dealing with the abysmal ADT, Anova was wonderful. ADT installed the system but it never worked until after Anova was onsight. Thanks Guys!
