  I had previously written a wonderful review for this company. However, they have proven to be less than honest. I was informed that I would receive a check for $2500 to clear trees blocking my solar panels. They attempted to send a check that got lost. I was informed that they could not find any record of that check and that they did not have the money to pay that amount (after I had fully financed the project and they had received their money).   Worst customer support ever. I wish I would have never gone a contract with them. I was being charged for the Pannels even before they were place. I was told that if this would happened I would get reimbursed, however i never got a reimbursement. Also If they promise you a check to start service with them DO NOT BELIVE IT!. It has been over 2yrs and I keep calling them when is the check going to be sent and they only keep saying that is being processed.   So as per the typical reviews of course, it took around a year before our system was operational, typical fighting because we were paying for non-operational panels. Now the big issue comes over a year later. We noticed during a storm that water spots were beginning to show up around where the panels were installed. After multiple calls they sent one person out who found "a small leak" caused by faulty installation, he threw some caulk around the area and supposedly fixed it.   Original Review at the Bottom. Final Update as of 11/2 - They contacted me again before scheduling a technician to come out, and waived any fees on my end. The technician fixed it in about an hour and my wallet was left alone. All in all a good outcome after the relative nightmare before it. I would leave a 3.5 if I could, but will round up because maybe if we kept at it more aggressively we could have resolved it sooner rather than later.
