    Originally, the overall experience was great. Good customer service, good communication, easy, and the installation process was smooth, but there’s something very important I wish we had known. Nivo Solar told us we would qualify for a tax credit that would essentially pay off our $45,000 loan within two years. What they failed to explain is that there are very specific requirements to qualify—and we did not meet them. As a result, we are now left with a $45,000 loan and paying $350/month. This is significantly more expensive than a typical electric bill, which is another area where we felt mi

    We purchased our solar system nearly a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. Initially, our salesperson, Daniel, was fantastic throughout the process, including the installation. However, when we made our initial agreement, we specifically requested that no panels be installed on the front of our house. On the day of installation, guess where they started? That’s right—the front of the house. They did handle roof repairs after relocating the panels, but our issues only began once the installation was complete.     Worst company ever don't do it it's a scam I've called them for 6 months and no answer until we got Thru to fix our solar and then they ghosted us and we keep calling and it's says voice mail box is full

    Our salesman Cameron Kimberly was great!!! He was so helpful throughout the whole entire process & answered all of our questions. We still reach out to him for help & he’s also super quick to respond. The reason for my lower rating is because of how long the overall process was. We started in April & didn’t finish everything until sometime in August due to multiple failed inspections & other issues that came up during the install. We had to pay on our solar panel loan on top of the ongoing electric bill because the install took so long. Everyone was nice & helpful but it was just frustrating t
