Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in Oklahoma City. Across Oklahoma, 28 of the 55 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 375 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Every company we hold in Oklahoma City, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★45%

Each mark is one company we hold in Oklahoma City whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Okie Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2025

The process was complicated and confusing.

Cas, Baylor & the entire crew over at Okie Solar are TOP NOTCH! They took the time to teach me about the solar system on the house and answered all of my questions. They made complex topics about solar easy for me to understand. If you're looking for a solar company that genuinely care about their customers & the products on/in their home, look no further than Okie Solar! 10/10 recommend!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with this team on several projects, and they’ve always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. We highly recommend them to anyone considering solar!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“finish and they also offer flexible financing options. I highly recommend Rick and the…”

  • Warranty

“of mind that comes with our lifetime warranty and dedicated support team, helping…”

  • 24/7 availability

  • Better Business Bureau

Its website also mentions free estimate, established, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
