The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Horrible company, terrible business practices. I’m pretty sure it isn’t even in business anymore. Any business the owner of this business owns should be shut down

ZERO stars. It's taken 2 yrs for my panels to work properly. Turns out the battery should have been installed indoors this whole time. Wasted lots of money with DTE and solar reaction. They moved the battery to the basement and it worked for a good 3 months. Now, the panels are down AGAIN!!!!! I've been trying to call them for 3 weeks and no one is answering. The original guy we worked with, Wes, quit and left the company and his customers hanging. I've also emailed them with no luck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOLAR REACTION . We regret everything! If solar reaction reads this, you need to be av

I have to say I am so impressed with the solar reaction team. From start to finish they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and answered all of my many many questions. If you are on the fence about solar they will leave you well-informed while being transparent in the process. So excited we decided to get solar installed with them!

I don’t know what to say except pure professional work. The Crew lead By Wes was top notch. Always explaining every step of the process. Their work area was always clean and safe for me and my family to enter and exit our house during installation. After install was done there was contact monthly to make sure all was well and everything was working to my expectations. Class act for sure! I would and have recommend them to anyone that asks about who did our panels. I have sung their praises.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The installation team is what customer service and satisfaction should look like, (Wesley) made me feel as if our home was his, he is very passionate about his work, he was very transparent and honest during the whole process from start to finish, this was a very positive experience for me!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
