  This company started off okay, however during their inspection they made a mis calculation of what needed to be done in order to get a permit for the solar. We had a transfer switch so we could use our generator when the power goes out during blackouts and other unforeseen instances. This mis calculation cost us 12 months of no solar usage and we had to have an outside company to fix the problem so we could get a permit to operate. We did not receive any discount for the inconvenience and this took a lot of our time to get the final approval to operate. We paid our final bill and heard cricket

  Javier and Joshua were very professional, and let me know what to expect and what they needed from me to complete our solar upgrade. When finished, they summarized everything I’d need to know moving forward. Later I received an emailed report detailing what was done, including many before, during and after photos.   I have been working with Sarah on a removal and replacement of my 28 solar panels. We scheduled it 2 months ago. The team started the removal on Tuesday but had to leave after 3 panels die to very high winds. I have a 2nd story steep slope roof so is was not safe for the crew. Sarah was very professional rescheduled a crew for Wednesday. Of course it was pouring when they arrived but the wind was not a factor. They removed the 28 panels but had to leave the roof mounts in.
