  My confidence in SolarEdge products is being seriously tested. My solar contract is with Sunrun, but my equipment is manufactured by SolarEdge. After only 18 months, I’m experiencing the same major issue for the second time. Today, during another power outage in Puerto Rico, the SolarEdge app notified me that my system would continue supplying backup power. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.   Extremely disappointed after spend 40 k for the system today 3 years later warranty is suck I been waiting for service for over 3 months.. for a defective optimizer still on pending case .. pure garbage

  This is the worst company in the entire country. I've been calling for almost a month to schedule an appointment because my inverter stopped working, and they've already given me three appointments for the technician to check it, but it's always a lie. When you call, they make up a thousand excuses. This is intolerable. This is my third day of lost work, and my only option left is to go to the company and file a major complaint because these people's lies are disgusting.

  the installation process was carried out professionally by solaredge power and the energy generation has been as per the promise for the initial year. however, there was a brief period when the solar output dropped to nil. i sought help from their website and after a remote diagnosis, they confirmed that a replacement for the inverter was needed. it was a bit disappointing to experience a power outage, but these things happen and that's what warranties are in place for. there was a minor delay initially in getting in touch with them, but since then, i've received calls from jonathan, the owner
