Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in the Medley area. Across Florida, 152 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 37 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I am not normally accepting of representatives that just canvas an area. But please let it be known the genuine dedication to presenting the product and concern for the customer which Rafael Mateu did. Install was done in a month and a week and got system turned on, brought my electricity rate from 17 cents/kwh to 12.5 cents per kWh! He also has come to my house 4 times in between the point of sale and system being turned on.

Diego from Synergy Solar was amazing! I would give him a 10/10. He was extremely thorough and honest with his explanation. He followed up every step of the way and was always available if I had any questions. I have dealt with other sales people in the past and I can really tell that Diego truly cares about his customers and is a professional in his field. If anybody is looking for an honest and quality solar company in South Florida, reach out to Synergy Solar and Diego!

I had an awesome experience with Synergy. I highly recommend speaking with Alfredo and Diego as they are very knowledgeable about the installation process. Not only that, but Diego would answer any questions along the way with even greater detail. The process was quick and before I knew it, the panels were installed with no issues. They look great and I'm saving a lot on my electric bill.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
