  We recently decided to get solar and everyone mentioned solar tim as being the best so we went with him. I wanted to share, not to bash on his business but to let others know to take caution as he did not make a situation right. unfortunately his company steered us incorrectly and would not stand up to what they had promised. Essentially his employee was our sales rep and gave us inaccurate information about the loan. She stated that our loan payments would start at a set dollar for the first 18 months and then increase after the first 18 months. We were uncertain if this was accurate so asked

  I had a great experience with Solarverse. They replaced my inverter and, more importantly, stayed with the job until everything was working exactly as it should. Tim and Noah were fantastic throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, were always responsive, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Their pricing was fair, the service was outstanding, and they genuinely care about making sure the customer is taken care of. If you need anything solar-related, these are the guys to call.   The solar company that installed our panels 5 years ago is out of business and we recently noticed (via our enphase app) that about 1/3 of our panels were not operating. We tried contacting a handful of other solar companies and either no one answered, returned our messages, or called us back. After a couple frustrating weeks we received a glowing recommendation for "Solar Tim" with Solarverse. He was easy to get a hold of, he promptly requested access to our app virtually and was able to get a technician out to our house within 2 days. Our tech, Noah, was great!
