Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Grand Junction. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 30 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Working with SolarWorks GJ was a very positive experience for us when exploring solar options for our home. The pricing and options were very clear and John was very communicative and responsive with questions we had. Installation was also very efficient and performed very professionally. The installers were communicative and cleaned up after themselves. After install they continue to be responsive to questions we have and how it works. Appreciate SolarWorks GJ and working with them on our solar project.

I highly recommend using Solarworks for your solar installation project. John and his team of licensed electricians are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. They answered all my questions and completed my installation to my complete satisfaction. We also got a bid from a bigger local company that starts with an A, that spends a ton of money advertising, and they were more expensive and didn't even both coming out to view my job. I was so impressed with the Solarworks team that I referred them to a neighbor and they used them as well. HIs sister company did the initial w

Our experience with John and Solarworks was very professional, they are prompt, informative and exceeded our expectations at every step. Solarworks installation crew went above and beyond to make sure our panels were aesthetically correct, the installation hardware was almost invisible and they were so cheerful......and clean :) We would highly recommend Solarworks to anyone looking to add long term beneficial alternative energy to their home or business. What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“a trusted solar provider backed by over 20 years of electrical expertise. Together, we…”
  • Insured

“for 15 years. Is SolarWorksGJ insured? Yes! We staff master electricians…”
  • Licensed

“for 20 plus years. We are actual licensed electricians installing your solar…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

  • It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
