    ⭐ 0 stars if I could! We’ve had nothing but issues with Sol Q — by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We were originally quoted for 110% production, which turned out to be completely false. Our system was supposed to be up and running by a specific date per our contract, yet it wasn’t connected for months past the contracted timeline. It took multiple attempts to reach anyone for help — every representative passed the blame onto someone else. They even tried blaming our WiFi and a subcontractor who had never even been to our property.

    Aidan was a huge help through the entire process. I would definitely recommend working with him for your solar project. Aidan was a huge help and very easy to work with for our project. Easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions quickly. 5 month update - panels are not producing near the % they promised they would. Electric bill keeps going up even without running the AC. A bit disappointed in the results. Also found other companies will upgrade panels or add sub panels with the install, we did not get that with SolQ so make sure you check what’s all included with your project.

    They are ok, wish I would of went with someone else. Since they took over their own service and repairs, wait times are measured in months instead of days. Make sure you ask for a cash quote or by securing your own financing. If you fiance through them, purchase price goes up by a third!

    Installed 22 Silfab panels and 6.0 Sunnyboy inverter, all high quality from my research. It did take 3 to 4 months to get all approved with my power company,I think that was the holdup,I called my power company alot and was anxious to get installed faster, they sold me out to another company, source solar and they don't want to drive back to my area for issues,look for other options.

    What can I say about SolQ, 5 stars because I can’t give 6!!! We’ve been on the fence the passed few years whether to go solar or not until we met SolQ. Everyone on the sales team was so knowledgeable and kind with no pressure. Thank you Josh and Casey, answering all of our questions with evidence to back it up. Once we signed the agreement, kyle and Kirsten scheduled everything for the installation. Our system was installed and turned on in less than 60 days from signing the papers. The installers showed up on time and worked very efficiently thanks again Logan, Glory, and Connor for bringing
