    I am working with Iowa Solar Pros, who use Source Solar as their installer. The quality of work done by the instalation crew and the contracted electrician is very high quality. Source Solar has little to no communication with me. I was informed on Dec 26 that I would have an inspection the follow day with no call or coordination with me to insure that I wasn't out of town for the holiday. 2 minutes prion to the scheduled inspection time I received a text letting me know that the time has changed to two hours later. I had already rearranged my day, on short notice. This company has a HUGE comm

    Originally had a good experience with purchase and install. Fast, easy to do, etc. Less than impressed with the follow through for service. Noticed 2 panels down towards the end of winter. When spring came around called the company to get them fixed. After 3 months of the run around trying to get them to come fix panels, we finally get someone to answer. To quote the person who picked up the phone, "yea we won't be coming back up there it's too far" and to call the manufacturer. Once the "workmanship" period is over there is zero help from this company if they consider it too far. Even though

    The company who installed our solar went out of business, asked them if they could help us out with a repair. Gave us a call in a couple business days, came out that same day, fixed the minor issue for free, and are helping us out with tips and recommendations to get more out of our systems Great, friendly guys. We worked with Peter and he was wonderful!!

    Signed loan papers May 6th. June 29th panels installed. It's now end of October and we are still waiting for final hook up. No one responding to emails or texts. Feeling like this was a seriously bad decision. Update.... I just got off phone with Pete and it seems there have been a few hiccups with outside contractors. Pete is working to get our project back on schedule and finished this week. Thank you for reaching out to me and fixing the situation. LATE UPDATE: Continued hiccups ups ......finally was able to power on panels Dec 12. Long stressful event.
