    Don't believe whatever they tell you. They have great answers for all of of your questions to trick you into signing the contrast with them. Then, later on you are going to pay more than what you currently pay for Edison (because you have to pay for their solar service plus Edison). They will blame that you spend more electric and everything else....IT IS A SCAM!

    Still waiting for at least a courtesy call back, first of two service visits to find the problem with our system, still waiting over a month now, for the new parts to be installed. Have left many messages, the email listed is no help. No customer service dept.

    A representative from Southwest Solar was on our HOA private property. He did not have permission to be there. There are signs posted stating “no trespassing”. He was Parked in a red/fire zone blocking one of our residents garages. When asked to move/leave, he was abusive and said he would not move his white Mercedes van with rack and ladder on top. We informed him that we were calling 911 and he still would not move his van. He became abusive and threatening. After we informed him that the police were called he left, but made racial and threatening remarks as he removed himself from our priva

    The company came out to install solar panels and the customer service was incredible and the job was completed on time with no issues.

    Southwest installed a new roof. I gotta say the professionalism from top to bottom blew me away! Great job

    Redo my roof and they came out the next day. They did an amazing job and already recommended them to neighbors. Super professional job from start to finish!!
