    Good communication and information. Julio and Monty were professional and helpful. Updated review on 8/15/26 Since July 1st I have not heard back with a report nor quote. I called on 8/1/26 requesting for the quote and report as I had paid for their technician to come out to my properties. I was informed to give them another day or two as they were waiting on their service team. Well here we are over a month and a half with no report/update. So if you want to pay and waste your time for someone to come out and tell you that your system is outdated and not give you any report nor quote to help

    Underwhelming experience with these guys after 1+ year with them. Nice sales people. Installation crew was pretty disrespectful to our property. Stuff like leaving ladders laying on top of plants over night, dinging our walls, tracking dirt in the house, etc. We brought it up and they half-heartedly apologized but didn't do anything to fix it. After the first year, the system generated 10% less than the guaranteed amount. We had a SoCal Edison true up bill of $2100. How much did the so called "guarantee" reimburse us? We were told that we would receive a check for about $100, which was insulti

    I had this system installed and now paying for it now going on three months. Sales guy was great, friendly and always go above and beyond with trying to help. But sadly I'm still waiting for my rebate that was promised and now that sunpower has reorganized as they say, my project coordinator isn't helping anymore so I'm constantly calling asking for some manager to call me. I'm getting know where. The worst customer service I've had ever. Paying for a system and the phase haven't been closed out and the rebate that there suppose to turn in and get it started is well looking like a lie at this
