  Worst company I have ever done business with. Stopped responding to calls and emails despite a warranty very much still in effect. 20k in products inoperable within 2 years of install. Only company I've ever had to sue. Stay FAR away.

  Edit to update: After leaving this review, Misty informed my husband today that he was making "too many demands & being difficult, so they could no longer help us and we could go somewhere else... he had asked for her to confirm a repair date, that was unfortunately "too demanding" for her. We also heard from Doug who was gracious & apologetic. But due to the call with Misty my rating stands. Our system has been down since August and Sunfarm keeps putting us off! For 6 weeks now Mitch told my husband "we'll be out this week" and no one has ever shown up! Now after speaking with multiple people

  This company cannot make my solar system work properly. I paid them over $60000 for a system that seldom works more than a couple of days correctly. They promised me a trouble free system and I even paid extra for American made panels. This system has been nothing but trouble. I hope they will fix my problem so I can edit this review. Found out today the unit can't be warrantied even though there is no was to monitor it. Customers beware if you get a system from this company you supposed to take their word that everything is working as it should. Found another solar company that repaired my sy

  Edit: I will say that the owner reached out below and I can relate to what he has said therefore I have adjusted the rating like I said the work I did have them complete was good and I can appreciate the fact that the owner took time to reach out and repond to my post. I'm they did the right thing in response to my comments. I have since deleted the Facebook comment.in the future I think I would consider asking them to perform work for me again. I will also tell you that at least in my area they had the best rates moved into a house with a solar system already installed, this past year a part

  Mike and the folks at Sun Farm were great to work with. They took care of my issue with our solar panels and were very professional. I’d highly recommend them.

  Whenever I have an issue with my panels they are the only one I call. They didn’t do the original installation, wish they did I wouldn’t have had any problem if they did. If your researching a reliable contractor look no further.
