  The way they do their billing is from the stone ages. I can’t believe the government allows them to screw customers this way.. The look for every reason to charge your fee. Please go bankrupt

  Pathetic customer service that has no clue what is going on. Even after calling, chatting and sending emails I have not been able to get my panel reinstalls scheduled earlier than 3 months. Case manager has no time to find out what is going on and hard to really get a meaningful help other than updates that someone is looking into the case. Clueless service...

  I am in for last 7+ years with Sun Power Solar and it worked fine the first year and I got electric bill for almost $1000 from electricity company. I called the SunPower and the came after a month and told me that need to replace inverters after that going back and forth with them for months $150 paid back. I am not able to see any usage data before May of 2022. I called them many times and I don’t get any proper response. I think there is a lot of fishy stuff happening it seems like. I am currently working on getting panels removed for the roof installation and it is a not going well at all.

  I am a new owner and have yet to see the system. The parent company is very helpful but I have been directed to a local supplier for maintenance and cleaning. Once I have an experience, I'll up date my review.

  I am editing this post since SunPower did contact me afterwards and resolved my issue. My system is now online and reporting. SunPower installed my system several years ago and I did not have any issues until they updated their software system. As others have stated, I can no longer sell my SRECs since the system does not show what my system has been producing since Sept. 22.! I bought this system with the understanding I could help pay for the panels with the SRECs. Each time I call I get the same script, it will be back online at the end of the month. Going on 6 months with this issue so if

  Needed copy of original lease contract, they were very helpful and got it to me in a timely fashion!

  We have had SunPower Solar for 3 years now. They are the best. From installation to learning about your system they are never to busy to answer a question or address an issue. They have the best, most efficient installation crew who cares about your property as much as you do. Our APS bill went from $524 a month in the summer to $125 year around, plus under $20 to APS. LOVE THIS COMPANY!
