  I am beyond frustrated and honestly fed up with this company. I’ve called customer support over and over about an issue that still hasn’t been fixed, and the experience has been horrible every single time. I sit on hold for 30 minutes or longer, only to be told “they can’t hear me” before the call is disconnected. It feels impossible to get real help. If I could go back and choose a different company, I absolutely would. This has been nothing but a stressful and unacceptable experience, and I need this issue taken seriously and resolved immediately.

  The worst experience in my life dealing with this company. We got solar installed and our roof is leaking. We’ve been calling since March to get our panels off to make repairs to our roof. We call 2-4 times a week and we get the same old excuse “we are reaching out to our scheduling department.” Now my family is suffering with possible mold, my walls are cracking, roof leaking and our bathroom window is legit causing massive damage. It’s sad they will install quickly to take your money but when you have issues they ghost you. I’ve reach out to lawyers to get this handled since they refuse to a
