Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 142 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 404 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company is a fraud. Sandra Smith hired my company to swap the inverter for her customer in Georgia and then never paid us. Their invoice is overdue and they're ignoring our calls. We're going to have to put a LIEN on their customer's property.

DO NOT USE COMPLETE SOLAR. THEY CHARGED ME FOR WORK THEY NEVER DID, do not return phone calls, do not assign case numbers, do not return calls, nothing but lies and more lies

I can't tell you enough do not go with this company they are apparently doing new installs and not taking care of the past installs they have completed. THey do not answer their phone and have no answer for failing systems. if I could rate them zero stars I would have I have had 2 micro converters go out in july of last year and I have yet to get a response

So everything has been smooth and everything was completed since March 2023.. Gianna has not been any help in getting back to let us know what’s happening with the interconnection part through my power company and now we are almost in August!! Isn’t this against the contract of only needing to wait 2-3weeks for the interconnection to take place. Well it’s way beyond that. I see there was some discrepancies on complete solars part and got an email back in June about interconnection delays. What’s really going on??

Everyone I've dealt with is professional and friendly. It's a big company that offered me and my mother solar at a reasonable price. For that reason, I completely understand when things take time to get done. I'm also far from their service representatives who drive a long way to help. I feel they represent "solar for everyone"---not just the rich. My mom and I will be their customers for 25 years--very exciting!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
