Each mark is one company we hold in Corona whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunrun is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Now we pay 2 bills, a service charge to Edison $30.00 and the $100.00 to Sunrun. we average no savings. We can only use our appliances when the sun is shining so that the battery does not deplete. Though we overproduce energy we are still drawing from the grid and receive additional charges from Edison. The contract for the overproduction of energy was made by Sunrun with Edison and was not communicated to us. We are now left to deal with Edison directly to find out about charges and credit reimbursement. Though Sunrun negotiated the contract with Edison they will not answer any questions rega

  Very unprofessional and untrained staff that are not willing to help or give any options what so ever. Every time I call I always get the same response “sorry we can’t help”. It’s so frustrating trying to get someone to help me. Do not give this company your business!

  Would not engage with them again. They said they would do maintenance and didn’t. They now say they need to charge a ridiculous reinspection fee of $560 after roof repair, not part of the original terms. Terrible.

  We had an installation done and it was a huge project! This crew was simply amazing! They communicated with us each day and left my house cleaner than they found it! One day they had to turn off my power which I panicked because I work from home! The lead on the job went to get gas for his generator and hooked it up to make sure I could work for the four hours my power was off. He also hooked up a fan to make sure my kids and I could stay cool during the heat of the day. I was so thankful for the crew’s professionalism!

  Our salesman Richard Ellis was amazing!! He came out to answer all my questions and was super supportive through the install and even came to help us with our rebate forms. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
