Each mark is one company we hold in the Bedford area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunrun is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  This is the worst company to deal with. When I bought my home, it had panels on it. I asked Sunrun for a flyer/pamphlet or something to give me info on my panels.. They had nothing. Then I sold my home, paid them an inordinate amount of money to pay in full the lease per sale, transfer of service was in place, autopay was off.... and they still took money for the lease + connection fee out of my account! Now I am on the phone with them trying to rectify this and I'm getting asked "Well, did you contact us after the payment was taken out?" Sir, what do you think I am doing right now? Additional

  Had solar panels installed via Vivent solar, sunrun bought them. Although every time I call sunrun, no one can find my account. Need help!!!!!!!

  After almost two years the corporate office finally refunded my deposit. Their ethics leave a lot to be desired. They lied to me by saying they had to have a special meeting , they had to research, its been so long that they would have to " send a check, not credit credit my card" I can not review their product but I can review the shady business dealings with the corporate office. It's a Christmas miracle, they credited my card $500 dollars.

  We were ‘t in the market for solar but Michael knocked at our door and after talking with him, we just felt like it made sense to move forward with him and Sunrun and adding the solar. Michael was personable, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, not high pressure and brought along alot of information that helped us make our decision.

  I just had my system installed this week. Josh my Vivint rep guided me through the process in a way that not only provided me with all the information I needed but was extremely thoughtful and considerate. Vivint's approach and method are the best out there. They provided for me the perfect solution that I could not find with the other solar companies. Their financing option is the most realistic and simple to apply for. So far, I am extremely satisfied.
