    Working with them through the process of getting quotes was great, but unfortunately, as soon as we told them we were ready to go with their service, they completely disappeared. Calls to their main number go to voice mail, which is full. Emails are never answered. I did get a hold of one person directly on her cell, and she promised me a response later that day or the next day at the absolute latest. Her self-imposed deadline came and went with no email. For whatever reason, this company is unwilling or unable to take me on as a customer.

    Working with Nate from Seventh Gen Solar has been an absolute pleasure. Nate listened carefully to what I wanted, discussed options in detail, and built the system around my priorities instead of forcing a standard template. His willingness to work through technical questions, layout decisions, equipment choices, and future expansion planning in was a genuinely collaborative process. Communication was consistent, direct, and professional throughout the scope of my project. Installation was clean, well thought out, and executed with attention to detail.
