Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in the Manchester area. Across New Hampshire, 9 of the 43 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 76 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The installation team was fantastic. The Tesla batteries were a game changer the first time we lost power. The system worked so well we didn’t even know we had lost power until the Tesla app on my phone notified me. Sadly getting them scheduled to do the installation was a huge hassle. Appointment was cancelled multiple times. I kept changing my schedule to accommodate them and they would cancel at the last second.

Where to begin with this company. I was planning on letting this go, but since they just sent me an email soliciting a review, I suppose I should leave one. We'll start with the only positive. The install team led by Ben Bell was great. Explained things well, showed up when he said he would, and did the work he said he would do. This is the only reason for the 2 star rating. Everything else, a disaster. The communication out of this company is, frankly, terrible. There is a clear disconnect between the sales team, the office team, and the installers. No one talks to anyone. The project manager

The initial customer service and sales pitch was great. However the install was two months after initial promise date and we ended up having to go with a different panel supplier or move out the install to an UNKNOWN date. At this point I’m already paying for panels that are not installed so I go ahead with different vendor. The pitch again was that these were equal and I’d see no difference. At this point the full bill - payment hadn’t been made, so there is was incentive to ensure good customer service and response so communication was good. Installation and turn on was May 27th. First class from start to finish. (4) Tesla Powerwalls added to my existing solar array, and replacement of my breaker box with a Span 48 breaker panel.

I was hugely disappointed that installers who were supposed to arrive between 10-2 arrived at 4 destroying my day. However I was totally pleased with the two installers and the work they did. The care and competence they showed was 5+. When you read this please understand I am in rural Vermont. Which makes appointment time difficult for companies. I just wish there was better communication and some form of apology.

The installer Nick McLaren was fantastic. Very personable and professional! Was a pleasure to work with him!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
