  I've downgraded my original review from 2016 from 5 stars to 2. Owning the solar system since 2016, here's my experience: - I have had equipment failures. My Solaredge inverter died after 4 years. It was replaced under warranty but I had to pay the expensive labor costs. I have also had optimizers go bad, and several electric faults that have never been resolved. the faults are a mystery. - Getting Revision support and someone to come to look at my issues usually takes several months from the initial phone contact. - I have had intermittent fault codes when it rains.   spent a considerable amount of $ w/ this company on solar batteries for my home- fast forward -6 months- to now and i'm smelling a strong chemical scent comming from that battery room. not to mention the small amount of night time usage of the electricity from those batteries! technicians just left w/ no corrective coarse of action. And the boss john tried to tell me that its just business as normal to have a chemical smell from the batteries! ADVISE- SEEK SOLAR ELSWHERE

  Update OCTOBER 2025: While we were happy with the initial installation and performance from the solar, Revision is voiding our warranty because we decided not to use one of their approved home batteries. We were willing to hire them to participate in the implementation but they were too busy and just decided to void the warranty instead. Lowering to 3 stars as my battery installer confirmed that his installation would have no impact on the solar operation as the battery is downstream. I would completely understand if an issue was caused by 3rd party work but to preemptively void my entire warr

  This was the second expansion of our solar array to keep pace with climate change and with the growing number of battery-based things (such as an EV we acquired early this year). We began with ReVision in 2016 and have recommended them to a number of neighbors who have also been pleased with their well-engineered installations and excellent service.

  I've had my solar system installed for 2 years and ReVision was always on top of every step. I recently had an inverter replaced due to manufacturing problems and the tem response was fast and through.
