  Thank you Sunrun (owner) for your words. That is all the action I get from Sunrun. I pray no one else has their home and health (stress) damaged by Sunrun. It has now been over 8 months and Sunrun will not replace my roof. They sent Absolute Exteriors to inspect the damage. They told me the roof needs to be completely replaced. The insulation is wet and the dry wall in the ceiling will mold if not replaced. Then Sunrun had Sunsystems Technology inspect my roof in July. I was told the roof needs to be completely replaced. In July Sunrun had the roof tarped and the panels shut off so they don't

  Salespeople are unprofessionally aggressive. They stalk your house for when you go into your yard and bother you in your backyard. We had people over on a Saturday and when we told the the salesman we had people over, he replied “what’s one more?” and laughed. Take my name and address of your list and don’t show up at my house again. If I were to get solar, it would not be with Sunrun

  I have never bought anything from this company, but I’m super unimpressed and disappointed with their salesmen persistently coming to our home after we’ve already said no. Not only did we say no the first time, they then sent someone back to our home later the same day. We have now had 4 people come to our home in the last week. Today, someone knocked on our door at 9:00 pm. Their customer service operating hours do not run this late, so why are salespeople knocking on doors this late. Even if their product was spectacular, I couldn’t recommend this company. If they have such disregard for app

  Instalation was well done, the formen was friendly, professional and pleasant, the crew was nice and hard working with the exception of one rude person who talked to me like I was a POS, sales rep. Justin was nice and professional, Rye Wolf the project manager is incompetent, unqualified and rude, doesn't return emails in a timely fashion or follow through on issues we had, the Instalation crew left trash for us to clean up including a damaged panel, I also don't understand why they kept there vehicle running for approximately the 10 hours they were here working letting fumes in my garage and

  Our experience with Jason was the best. I’ve never really encountered an honest sales person that I knew was friendly and honest from the start to the end of a project. Kudos to Sunrun.
