  Adam and his team were outstanding! Update: Adams team broke 3 pallets of my new roof tiles during the install. they made it right by getting new tile and reinstalling. 90% satisfied as the fitment doesnt look perfect. Update #2: 2.5 years after install. 12 panels have been under producing for about a year. it appears that the company went under. I read that Adam Barnes died. So, i am left without any workmanship warranty and have to find a 3rd party to diagnose and repair. I should have gone with Tesla. changing review to 1 star

  My installation went well until we got towards the end. Our goal was to get this in and lock in the NEM 2.0 rates. This company dropped off the face of the earth before the work was completed. After multiple assurances that my application was submitted to SCE, I found out after the NEM 2.0 deadline had passed that the it was actually never completed or submitted. A bad review is pretty much just a chance to vent, as this company no longer exists.

  Most of these reviews were written at the request of the owner well before the work was completed, if it was completed. I remember the day he asked me to write a review when the work was nowhere near completion and thought this was a very odd request. Sad to see how many 5 star reviews there were. The solar on my house is yet to be interconnected with Edison almost a year later. Adam has since changed his number and the assistant who was helping him, Elizabeth, says she no longer is associated with Adam or the company. This is sad. What a pathetic way to live a life and to run a business.

  After asking friends for a referral, I contacted Sun Scout for solar panels. Adam, walked me through the process, the timelines, and provided a written quote the same day. The estimate stayed right on target, and far exceeded my expectations. All members of his crew from the installers to the billing department are courteous, professional and dependable. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun Scout to anyone.
