    Very unprofessional company. When we were trying to connect our solar, Danielle, the scheduler, scheduled the tech to come out to our house from 1-4pm or else they will not be able to come for a couple of weeks so we took time off of work to stay home for the tech to arrive. The tech never arrived and when we emailed her after 4pm, she emailed us back that the tech "broke down" and that they will email us the next day for an update. At 11:28am, she emailed us that the tech is available from 12-2pm and 10 minutes later, the tech called us telling us that they are only available now. We both wor

    I had my residential 12 panel solar system installed in 2015 by Mark at Calstate Solar. The project went real smooth that I decided to have a 103 panel system designed and installed by Mark on my commercial property in 2016. One of the challenges before contracting with Mark was that no more than one solar panel would need to be removed to access any panel that needed service or replacement. The job was completed and the system worked excellently.     These guys did an amazing job on our solar installation. What I liked most was James answered all of our questions regarding financing and dispelled many of the hype selling tactics other solar companies promote and we're totally up front and honest about things like the tax credits, size of system to meet our needs and leasing vs buying. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Cal State Solar to anyone considering solar for their home.
