  This review of Pacific Sun will be broken into 5 parts. Update: Lowered from 4 stars to 1. I received an email from Dale and Pacific Sun offering a solar panel service package called the Sun Shine Maintenance plan. Monitoring of the system, I can monitor my system with the Enphase app. Maintenance: Pacific Sun will clean your panels once a year, I stand on a ladder and hose them off every couple of months. Anything more is most likely detrimental for the panels. Scrubbing could lead to scratching and every panel manufacture advises against pressure washing. Priority: In violation of my origina

  Charged me to come out and diagnose the issue with my solar system. After that first visit that said they would send me and estimate for the repairs. When I got they estimate I realized that they never figured out the problem and they were going to charge me another diagnostic fee. After they left I checked the roof and found that they left some mechanical connections undone on the panels. They also left pieces of the inverter unconnected. I ended up calling another solar repair company and they had everything fixed within a few hours for a reasonable cost.

  We had Pacific Sun Technologies install our solar panel system plus 2 Enphase batteries in 2025, and the whole experience has been outstanding. The installation itself looks fantastic with clean wiring, neat panel layout, and everything clearly labeled. Since going live, the batteries have made us almost completely energy self-sufficient, even with a pool, spa and two heat pumps that get regular use in the evenings. But the real standout was their customer service which was responsive, professional, and clearly invested in getting things right from start to finish. Highly recommend them to any
