    They don't answer the phone, reply to texts, or emails. So I went to thier place of business and they are no longer at that address. Ooooweee, what's up with that? You respond to reviews; why not reply with some contact info? How can we contact Good Energy Group? Your website doesnt work. Your phone number doesnt work. Your address is occupied by some other company.

    Good energy should have canceled my solar project, I asked them to cancel my project, and they showed up at my house and installed them regardless. Now I’m stuck with a solar system that I asked not to be installed on my roof- and the best part is ITS NOT EVEN TURNED ON. ITS BEEN 8 months and they haven’t picked up the phone or answered any of the numerous emails I’ve sent out. DO NOT do business with good energy!!

    UPDATE 07/09/2025: I've been consistently calling and leaving voice messages. Ive sent multiple emails and all I get back is responses to these reviews. This is pathetic. Stay clear of these people. I will be writing a lengthy review to the BBB and the CALSSA ethics committee. Companies like this should not be in business. The disregard for customer service is appalling. I wish you a terrible downfall. ONCE AGAIN EVERYONE; Avoid good energy group like the plague! Still no response from anyone at this company! Ive I need someone to call me back ASAP. I’ve been sitting on inverters that need to
