Our experience with this company has been a nightmare from the start and they continue to be horrible. Purchased a solar and pool heating system from them 4 years ago. We had to fight with them constantly just to get it going. Today, we paid $240 for a service call and $135 for a $15 plumbing part. Stay away from this company.

They have always been a reliable company, but when I had an issue with my system, the tech showed up and was there a total of 5 minutes and they refused to rebate any of the $240 service charge

Junior was very nice and had lots of good information. However, I found another company that was willing to repair my existing system I felt like I was being coerced into buying a whole new system when it was not completely necessary. I also had a hard time getting him to call me back and negotiating on the price I also have a bad feeling about being charged $240 just to get an estimate. The other company charged me nothing And they were confident they could save me a lot of money and just repair my existing system which they did. Of course, to be honest, I probably do need a new one, but I ne

Update: On 7/13, technician arrived for a warranty service call. Solar Sensor was not registering correctly. He determined the sensor was ok, but I discovered a nick in the 55ft wire at about 6 ft from the sensor location on the roof. I bought new wire and replaced the 14 year old wire. Solar Temp now measuring correctly. On June 10th 2026 a two man crew (Jaime and Drake) were very knowledgeable and took care in removing old Solar Mats without breaking any tile on roof. They inspected my existing pipes, valves and no additional parts were necessary. Total project was done in under 6 hours. Had

I contacted several companies to come out and give me a proposal to increase the size of my pool solar heating system. I was referred to Celestial by a friend, they were happy with their project. After I reached out to them, I was contacted promptly and Julian and two other crew members arrived at my home to give me an estimate. They were very knowledgable and professional. They suggested an idea I didn't think of, and I appreciated it. Their price, service and professionalism is great, I'm happy with them and I'd refer them to others. Thanks guys, great job!

It's not often that contractors exceed your expectations. Yhese folks are great. Strongly recommend them. The 3 folks who came (julian, Blake, and Andrew ) were friendly, knowlegable, and skilled. Pricing was reasonable for work performed, and the went the extra mile for. quality installation. Thnks!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“to install. Who do I contact for the warranty on my system after it is installed?”

  • Established

“the best quality products and service since 2001 . We are the solar & water…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and insured, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

  • It posts on X, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
