    My system was installed about 8 months ago and I'm still waiting for it to be activated. I've called numerous times and seem to get the runaround. The installed equipment looks great , but I have yet to see any benefits from it. IF THEY TAKE CARE OF ME I WOULD DEFINITELY CHANGE MY RATING . FOR NOW THIS IS WHAT I GOT. Plus, make sure to get in writing any promises they make when they are selling you. They had a short memory of the things that sold me.

    Had a Sun X salesman come to my door today. Drove a black cybertruck. He lied about who he represented, saying he was sent by the company that installed my original panels. He then lied about who would be paying for new solar panels for my house, saying it would be the city. I would never do business with a company that uses such dishonest practices to get my money.

    Ricardo Lopez comes to you with truth and honesty . His work shows it. He is on time when he says he will be there. He gets right to work gets it done cleans up explains in detail in layman's terms. Says , he is available at anytime to call him. He works on anything. I'm a happy and satisfied customer of his. He is on my list to share with you. Janice Weir

    I would like to give a huge shout out to Sunx Solutions... gave them a call for a quote and wash.. came out washed my solar panels, and advised me of my failing system. Called to get me a new inverter. Invertcame two days later and they were right back out to install and get me back going. Great company, very friendly and reliable. I would recommend them for your next service on your panels!! Thank you

    Very knowledgeable and thorough. Upmost professionalism, thoroughly explains the problem in the resolution all done within a timely manner. Excellent job!
