I recently had a long conversation with Tom at Imagine Solar, and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of solar energy. We recently purchased a home that already had solar panels installed, but our electric bill showed that the system wasn’t performing the way it should. Instead of trying to sell us an entirely new solar system, Tom focused on identifying the problem and helping us get everything connected and operating correctly. I have a lot of respect for his honesty and for the fact that he didn’t try to upsell us. He simply wanted to help our family get the best results and lowest e

I absolutely love this company for their honesty and integrity! They’ll keep it real with you on whether or not solar is right for you, not just sell you solar for the profit.

Great Company! Leadership really cares about people over profit. If you’re looking for Solar they are the standard!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
